Presbyterian Women’s Spring Retreat

There are many opportunities for the women of our church to engage in fellowship, worship,
and learning activities. Each March we join with the women of Orange Park Presbyterian
Church to participate in an engaging retreat at Epworth by the Sea Conference Center, St.
Simons, Georgia. A program is presented over the course of the weekend to strengthen our
faith and to build our capacity to be a “light” to others.
 

The Epworth Center provides excellent facilities including water-view bedrooms, a spacious
meeting room, as well as a private dining room. The weekend begins with supper followed by
our opening lesson on Friday night. The retreat concludes on Sunday with a private worship
service in the Lovely Lane Chapel on the Epworth property. Registration forms will be available
in the church office well in advance of the next retreat tentatively scheduled for March 12-14,
2027.
